Returns Should you need to return an item to Lexidoodles, you may do so by returning the item for an exchange or store credit. All returns must take place within 21 days of when the order is placed. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We guarantee that all our merchandise is of quality and we stand behind it 100%. To do a return or exchange you must Pack the item with the original receipt sent to you. Note on the receipt if you would like to exchange or receive store credit. Pack securely with all information. Sales Tax A sales tax of 8.25% will be charged to all orders shipped within Texas. Shipping We ship orders Monday - Friday using USPS Priority mail. Express mail and overnight delivery are also available. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and should be received within 7 business days of order date. Express mail items typically take 1-3 business days to process and should arrive within 1-2 business days after your order has been processed. Overnight delivery orders take 1-3 days to process and should arrive the next business day after your order has been processed. Your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified by e-mail and will not be charged. Once your order has been processed and your card has been charged you will receive an email that the item is out of the store and in the mail. To ship to more than one address, you will need to place separate orders.
